31DC2012 - Day 12 (Stripes)

IT'S STRIPES DAY! I actually had done nails for this and I didn't think they were good enough to post so I re-did them last night! They're still not crazy amazing or anything but I did really like them!

I started with a base of Ulta - Vintage Violet then had no idea where to go from there. It took a few tries but finally I got this design. I used Julep - Robin and a striper brush for the blue lines and Darling Diva Polish - Barbi Who for the pink holo accents. This has two coats of topcoat and sadly it made my ring and pinky fingers all bubbly :( I really love these colors together! I was going to leave it without the holo accents and it was okay but the bright color really adds a nice punch to this design.
