Darling Diva Polish - Dusky Sky

Hola friends and happy 4th of July if you celebrate! Today, as promised I'll be showing you the second polish I got from Carrie, aka Darling Diva Polish.

Today I have for you, Dusky Sky. I didn't even do this on purpose but it turns out my two favorites I posted first. The pictures show 3 coats. This is actually my first holographic polish and omg I'm hooked, as I knew I'd be. When I opened it I was kind of just meh about the shade but when I put it on, holy rainbow, it was amazing! Holo-y, oh so holo-y. I need more holos asap. The first two pictures are with flash the rest are direct sunlight indoors. They looked so much more holo-y when I was outside in direct sunlight, I wish I would've taken a picture of them then. Nail line was non existent in reality.

Overall, I am, in Carrie's phrase, a "holo hore". I said it. There's no doubt this is my favorite shade out of all the ones she sent me, holo may just be my new favorite finish.

Would I buy it? Yes, the price is a little bit higher than normal indies (including Carrie's regular glitters) but I think it's well worth it. In fact, many other holos are even pricier and I think this one definitely ranks on up there although I can't say for sure since this is my first holo.

Where is it sold? You can buy Darling Diva Polish at Carrie's Etsy shop which is now open! Her polishes range from $8.00 to $12.00 I believe (holos are $12.00).

Additional Info: Carrie, I'm in love with your holos. Carrie also told me, she tries to create her polishes so that they are mainly topcoats but can also become opaque by 3 coats or so.

How do you all think this compares to some other holos out there?

- xoxo Alexis Leigh
